RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Thread & Timber, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Thread & Timber does not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once an order is delivered successfully, it cannot be returned for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Dislike of product/fabric/color

Incorrect purchase by the customer
-
Minor variations in color due to screen settings
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Products Only)
Replacement is applicable only in cases where:

The product received is defective

The wrong item was delivered
-
The product arrived damaged during transit
To be eligible for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

A clear unboxing video of the sealed and unopened package is mandatory

The video must clearly show:

The shipping label
-
The sealed package
-
The unboxing process
-
The product and visible issue

Replacement requests without an unboxing video or requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:

Mandatory unboxing video
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
Refunds (Undelivered / RTO Orders Only)
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders that are:

Undelivered
-
Returned to origin (RTO)
Once the order is received back at origin, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method, after deducting applicable shipping charges.
No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered products unless approved under the defective product policy above.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed may not be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
Thread & Timber reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery availability may vary based on location and order eligibility.
Thread & Timber reserves the right to disable COD for selected orders or locations.
International Orders
Currently, Thread & Timber ships only within India. International return or refund policies do not apply.
