Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take slightly longer. Any significant delay will be communicated via email or SMS.


Shipping Coverage

Thread & Timber currently ships across India only.

Delivery is subject to courier serviceability in your location.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities and towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods at Thread & Timber’s discretion.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link to view real-time delivery updates.


Packaging and Safety

All Thread & Timber products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.


Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Incorrect product received

  • Damaged product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting proof (such as images or an unboxing video, where applicable).

Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.


Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Thread & Timber will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.


Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders placed on Thread & Timber must be prepaid.
