We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.
Cash on Delivery may or may not be available depending on the location and order value.

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the payment method used at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and usually range from 3–10 business days depending on the delivery location.
Thread & Timber is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery. Thread & Timber is not liable for loss or delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Section 6 – Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are subject to the policies published on our website.
To request support for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within the timeline mentioned in the applicable policy and provide supporting proof such as images or unboxing videos where required.
Refunds for eligible prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after approval.
